CooldaddyteeReviews of cooldaddytee.com

I encountered a minor issue placing the order. Customer service responded to my request and rectified the issue without any fuss. Thank you team.

Ordered a sweatshirt for a xmas present on Nov 20. During the checkout process, i was told it would arrive Dec 11-18. On Dec 7, according to their web site, my order was still not processed, so I wrote them and told them to cancel my order, since it had not been processed yet, therefore I should be able to cancel according to their policy. Their reply was that it was already in the production process, so it couldn't be cancelled, even though when I tracked my order on their web site, it still said it was not processed. Amazingly, the next day, Dec 8, I got an email from them saying my order was shipped. This was obviously a lie as i did not receive it until Jan 15. I should also mention that there is no phone number to contact them, only by email. They will never get my cash again

Our new go-to merch website because we are very satisfied with the quality of shirts we ordered in three large batches. They are the best.

The team was extremely helpful and friendly. Ordering process was easy and quick. My shirts turned out really nice. I'll definitely use this company again.

The shirts I purchased from cooldaddytee were of excellent quality and arrived much quicker than I thought. Very satisfied with the service and will continue shopping with them.

Great website. The staff was professional and easy to work with. Very pleased with the quality of my shirts. Shipping was exceptionally quick. Highly recommended.

Terrible company to deal with. Order Tee Shirts on November 27, 2020 and still not delivered and nobody at this company cares. They got my money and they do not care if I receive my order to not. Stay away from this company!

This website always delivers a quality product. Customer service would go above and beyond to rectify issues with the order, if any. Great quality products and fair pricing. Highly recommended.
