I ordered one of what I thought was a canvas picture for my daughter on her birthday. They look amazing online. However when you get it, it’s definitely not the case. It’s printed on a piece of paper not canvas like it shows online. A 5 year old could make it on a computer. Very dissatisfied.

Fantastic customer service after I decided on another item I liked a little better and contacted them shortly thereafter to inquire about changing my initial order. No problem,they canceled the order, returned the funds to my bank a couple days later and the new order arrived a day or two after that and my daughter loves it.
