This company has the highest quality research chemicals, best customer service and is very dependable. They are easy to work with in every aspect and very professional with their customers. Thank you CC, your the best even in difficult times around the globe!

Been using CC for over 3 years and they have yet to fail. Having a few hard to source chems is valuable these days. I've never lost an order(shipped Spain to the US). They are pricey but it's worth paying for proper service and accuracy. Right up there with ChemStory(RIP).

Excellent and reliable service. I've been a customer of Coolchems for several years. I've always found them very helpful and my orders arrive in good time, usually in a few days, even during the present coronavirus difficulties. I highly recommend them

Paying a premium is one thing but then the very first order never came. Cool.

Contacted cool chem was guaranteed delivery and tracking, tracking showed nothing contacted them after delivery date had passed, was told it has been put on hold in Germany, need to get a electronic prescription, paid for that, now are saying to pay extra for something else didn't understand emailed back to get a proper clarification of what they meant no reply. Avoid and don't end up spending almost a $1000 like myself.
