What a scam. They give you what is supposed to be free spins you get through the play through and try to cash out but you have to deposit money in order to cash out. Classic scam. Don't waste your time.

This casino does not pay out. They claim that playing in tournaments and depositing my own money mixed with their free bonuses is mixing money and therefore not payable. Don't fall for it. Cool cat casino is not one you want to play.

It’s been awhile since I tried to cash out on 10/9/24 $2,000 and also $100 on 11/19/24 and it said it was approved by the manager on both transactions and never got my withdrawals even after giving them all my documents which was verified. Told I couldn’t get a check. So, gave them bank information for wire transfer and was told I couldn’t do it if it’s a joint account. Open a separate account and still I over 3 months. NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now it doesn’t even show in my history This is really a scam casino and it’s sad because I been playing with them for awhile and deposited and lost thousands of dollars and when I try to cash out NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I wish we could sue these people.

THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO CASHOUT!!!! i played on here for a while. after depositing a fair amount i hit for $2000.00. i tried to cashout and they denied me because its a business account. ok so i tried bitcoin ,again denied. was told i need a non business bank. i used my personal and denied. i asked for a check and shocker system is down denied. its a straight scam. plz plz save your money. if you see IAN HART dont play. hes been on 2 sites ive been scammed on. this is real its a scam. i know :(

Payouts are EXTREMELY long. 10 days to "review" the payment, another week to get paid. That after expedition. Pathetic. Can't file ask gamblers complaint, because their rep score SO LOW with them

SCAM! My husband has an account as do I have one of my own. My husband tried to cash out and they told him that since we both have accounts, and both live at the same address, his winnings were void, and took his money from him! DONT PLAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE OK BEING DENIED YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW!

Stay away from this casino, they don't pay out any winnings, they blocked my account when I was trying to withdraw with no explanation why, they don't respond to any emails either, still waiting for a response from back last year
