I am trying to withdraw 1000.00 all my documents have been approved now I get told no checks. TOTAL RIP OFF

They are so slow as all get up. Don't do it. If you see something, say something. Well I'm telling you don't do it

This is the worst casino I've ever dealt with. Restrictions upon restrictions. I've never worked so hard and waited so long to get money from a casino in my life these guys are a joke, zero stars!!!! Definitely not counting on getting my money from these guys🖕🏼

So I had requested a $100 withdraw, and was waiting for it to go through. When next I looked, I noticed that the $100 withdraw request showed it had been canceled, and a $80 withdraw and a $20 withdraw was in its place. Upon checking my account, the $20 was pending, but nothing showing on my side for the $80. I contacted customer support, they told me I had used a free chip before which justified their recovering 80% of my winnings. DO NOT USE.

Should be 0 stars! I would like to know how many people have actually been paid out. They have an excuse for everything. I was told “ unfortunately, you weren’t aware of the rules”. Well, I guess not, since you keep changing them! Do not waste your time and money here!

Would have rated it NO stars but that wasn't an option. Scammed me out of my winnings by deducting the playthrough balance during the middle of playing a game. When I reached out to support about what happened all she could tell me was that was that's just how it works. Then asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I said yes. Where's the rest of my winnings after you deducted the $738.88 playthrough amount out of my original amount of winnings. They stole $245 from me plus their playthrough requirements. BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD ALL THE WAY AROUND. DO NOT PLAY ON THIS WEBSITE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED. An worst part about it is they don't care to do anything to make it right with you.

Had 90k worth of withdraws pending and they tell me oh sorry you used a code that the max withdraw limit is 500 dollars. Complete scam of a Casino. ALL online reviews and warning about this Casino are 100 percent true. DO NOT PLAY THERE.
