Purchased misting fan and cover. When the tape was cut to open box, the cover had been placed on top of the inner fan box. No instructions for special opening or cardboard to protect liner. I texted several times, emailed support as indicated and entered chat, all with no response, requesting replacement. I receive many shipments and indicating careful details of caution when opening Also a cardboard to protect any item that could be damaged. It was very clear that no service concerns. I am sure I am not the only person that has experienced this type of poor service. "Make the sale and then move on". If you are considering the purchase from this company, I hope you have a better experience.

I purchased a cool-off misting fan for my grandson’s birthday party and when I put it together I was very disappointed in the spray path, the mist pump has already failed after a month of use, I emailed them saying the pump seemed weak and sent all the pictures and videos in like they asked and no one responded after, they made me wait until the allowed time to return the fan has passed. $600 for nothing. We used regular stand up fans for a better result. Cool-off fans job is to sell fans, not care about repeat customers. DO NOT BUY THEM, they are worthless.

Very disappointed with this product. This is my second Cool-Off misting pump, and it failed just one month after the warranty expired. That alone is frustrating, but what makes it worse is the lack of support. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and when you do, there’s little to no willingness to help or stand behind the product. For something at this price point, you would expect better durability and at least some level of post-warranty goodwill. Overall, poor reliability and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this brand.

Bought the 1000psi pump in 2020 and it stopped working this summer of 2025. I feel 5 years is not bad but would be nice to have it last longer. However we are in Tucson AZ and the water is pretty hard. We have two filters on it and it always performed. I kinda think it was the heat that messed up the pump when not in use. In Tucson it’s so hot that gaskets dry up if not in use. So who knows? But I contacted them to get just the pump this time and they included basically the whole kit. Wow that’s super cool now I have extra nozzles and hoses and new filter. Not complaining about that as it was super cool Of them to give me All the extras. We really enjoyed using this unit the past 5 years. Look forward to using this newer version pump. Thanks to the cool off team!! I will buy again!!

I found Cool-Off on the internet. I gave them a call and David was super helpful. Very knowledgeable and shipping was super prompt. Th system was easy to install and with our extreme heat in the Las Vegas area, the system performs extremely well. It makes our back patio bearable and we have begun using it a lot. Dave and his team were very helpful!

I live in SC and I purchased a high pressure misting system for my back porch. It did not work and all it did was make everything soaking wet. This is after I was told that it would work in high humidity. I tried smaller nozzles and that did not work. So Cool-Off said if I would purchase a misting fan they would give me a second for free and that will surely fix it. Well it doesn't work well, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

Great product and excellent customer service. Installation was easy and the mister system cools down our patio making it very enjoyable to sit outside now.
