Received promptly, box banged up but great packing-no damage. Heats up rather fast. Loses approx-75-125 between pizzas depending on time empty. More control than Ooni since less burning on high

The quality and functionality of the oven is great! I had one of the original Ooni ovens and this is a whole different experience! Still experimenting with level of heat and placement, but pizzas have been already turning out pretty great.

I purchased a oven from carbon earlier this year, i recently had a whoopsie and damaged part of the oven. I reached out carbon for some help with a replacement part. And within a few emails we were able to figure out what i needed and was replaced from carbon for me. Great customer service!

Really like having the flame under the stone. It allows one to not need to wait 5 minutes in between pizzas. I have taken it camping and made 12 pizzas in less than 45 minutes.

We are very happy with the oven. I particularly like the versatility of the separate heat control for the floor, I also appreciate how easy it is to pull out the firebrick for cleaning. Lots of happy pizza eaters at our house. I am using a 65% hydration biga dough with 50% '00' floor, 50% AP flour. It's easy to stretch and cooks up perfectly with low heat on the oven floor. It's great to finally have a really hot pizza oven. It's great cook lots of pizzas and not have a stifling hot kitchen. Thanks!
