Customer service has been polite but when asked to leave feedback before resolution and a condition of resolution I cannot leave positive feedback. I am wiling to edit after resolution.

My experience wasnt great. They over charged me and misinformed me on what it is that I was purchasing. & now they’re not trying to give me my money back bc of their mistake.

Fast and easy compensation for being directed to there website unknowing and scammed elsewhere into paying for a subscription with them. Nothing against cooktwig but it wasnt at all what I was supposed to be getting. They are fixing the problem and quickly. Thank you.
