I ordered almost 1 month ago for a 48-72h delivery, the tracking link I received only updated once 3 days after my order. I was worried so I contacted the support and exchanged a few emails about the package being stuck, they asked me to remain patient. I asked multiple time for a resend or refund, no response. They took my money and my time. Total ripp off EDIT: the company did resend a new package, I just received it. Thanks
