As always, the materials were fresh, packaged with care, and the results (our DIY cookies decorating kit) were wonderful.

There was a miscommunication with my order, so a portion of the order my husband picked up and brought home to me was not what I expected. I was horribly disappointed and called. Holly kept the ovens hot, late on a Friday, and delivered what I had meant to order originally all in time for our party. The cookies were pretty and tasty.

Thank you Dawn, for your kind review. I felt so badly when you called on Friday telling me of the mixup and was just happy that we were able to get you a new batch with labels done, in time for your party. So glad to hear that you enjoyed them!

The Cookie Chicks provides you with exceptionally excellent service. It's very nice that you respond to every comment and spend your time on it. But I also need to mention your cookies separately. I just love chocolate chip cookies too, and your cookies are a dream. Keep up the good work, you're really very good at what you're doing!

Cookie Chicks is probably the most delicious cookie I've ever had. It's just amazing *-* You get cookie which is very fresh, and it makes it even more delicious. It's because of their cookies that I gained weight in quarantine, but I agree that it "Worth the Calories!".

Very caring and amazing personalized service even during these difficult times – and delicious cookie! Thank you Cookie Chicks for brightening the day of a bride & groom with your beautiful big cookie cake to acknowledge their “1st Wedding Day” that had to be rescheduled due to stay home/stay safe guidelines. I sincerely appreciate your helpful input on ideas and prompt delivery. Highly recommending to others and wishing you sweet success!
