The company I work for has been using Convex Digital Solutions for our social media the past few months. The quality of service Jason and his team provide is excellent. All of our questions and concerns we've had, Jason has answered promptly and patiently. Jason has been great to work with and our small business company. Any issues (as with any team first starting to work together) we had with any of our posts, Jason handled it smoothly and quickly. All posts needs our approval before Jason and his team posts on our social media platforms, and he listens to the changes we need and makes the adjustment quickly. The creativity Jason and his team comes up with definitely shows our style in what we want our audience to see. Especially when we provided our own pictures of our company and the services we provided, the posts were on brand. We will continue to use Convex Digital Solutions with Jason and his team, and we highly recommend to help manage your social media platforms.
