Loving it so far! So much I didn’t know about dough making. This course has made me understand that there’s far more to dough making than I realized.

Explains almost everything in detail and has a broad range of information u wouldn't know otherwise

It's an amazing school for online classes I have learned so much in Pizza making I am glad I decided to take the courses!

It did inform you on all four pizza dough and showed how to roll it.

Danijel’s course is very in depth and he gives you all the information you need to make great pizza. Danijel not only teaches you how to make great pizza but he explains the why behind what you are doing. I have not finished the course yet but from what I have gotten so far, I got my moneys worth!

I really like how it's not just, here is a recipe but gives you understanding of why. My first attempt the dough was really good and with later videos i know i can still even improve on that.
