Ordered 24/9 . They added vat after the price . Tried to cancel order within minutes . still says unfulfilled and no tracking. They refunded the vat but in same email I asked to cancel order and they just ignored that bit . Still says unfulfilled on 20th Oct. Got credit card involved . Shocking company . Would not recommend to anyone

My order has still not arrived and I doubt it ever will ordered in August emailed several times get an answer straight back to say in transit what a load of rubbish do not on any account order from these people they are crooks 😩

Appalling company - they added VAT after I had clicked ‘pay’ so I asked them to refund the VAT, which they did. But I wish I had asked for a full refund immediately: 2 weeks in and no parcel, no indication of when it will arrive and their website is useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I thought because it advertised on Facebook that it was trustworthy: how wrong can you be? There should be a ‘no stars’ option. Update: 14/10/23 still no parcel. All I get is nonsense from them. Utterly despicable company.

SCAMMERS - DO NOT ORDER Anything from this company they send you goods which are nothing like you order 😡 I am presently trying to obtain a refund for 2 bras which would not even fit a child ... absolutely ridiculous their respond to my request is 'can I give them to someone else as a present' I ordered my size as per their website and I have told them I will be reporting them to trading standards....I so wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose £18 on mis-sold goods 😢

Conversionb purchased some clothing which wasn't fit for purpose .requested refund and was told they dont do refunds although their refund policy states they do .PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .Goods inferior quality .Customer service is a joke
