I ordered an advent calendar which was supposed to be 3D figures. What arrived were a set of the cheapest looking 1 dimensional charms which were poorly made on themselves and instead of the nice box with drawers in as advertised all that came with it was the cheapest looking calendar of the type you'd buy for a couple of quid with chocolate for the kids. £20+ quid it cost me!! Steer well clear

Ordered an owl ornament in September and there is no sign of it it was 10.99 and I was charged 18.99 disgraceful company

It's a scam. Just don't order.

1) they lied about the processing speed of my order and wouldn't allow me to cancel it 2) the product was defective, flawed & doesn't work. The phone case wireless charger magnet is so weak, it can't stay attached to the charger & the slightest bump will dislodge it and it won't wirelessly charge thru the case. It's utter worthless.

What a rip off, nothing like the advert portrays. purchased 2 bird feeders that are completely useless. they took money from my account on top of the actual amount and are rip off merchants. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Placed an order. Realized immediately that they had taken more money than they should've. Cancelled my order within 8 minutes of placing it. They refuse to cancel the order. They did give me the extra money back that they stole from me...so I suppose there's that. But I wonder how many people they steal from hoping that they don't notice. Now I'm left with their crappy product which I'd have to pay to return before they'd possibly refund me. AVOID unless you like to pay extra and like to deal with incompetent people! They also sneakily changed their website after it initially said you could cancel orders within 12 hours...

No stars. Total scammers. Do not use. Need shutting down. Ordered an item, has never arrived. Keep being told to wait. Fake tracking is useless. This is the kind of response they give. " You can wait until the package arrives，then you contact again. There will be more professional after-sales service to help you deal with it. You can also know if you like it after you get the package. thank you for understanding." Will need going through my bank to try getting my money back.

My experience is exactly what others are saying , purchased October , asked to be patient , resent the order , something went wrong with tracking etc etc still not received and there is no satisfactory complaints procedure . These companies ought to be ashamed of themselves , just stealing from people , nothing more . Credit card money recovery is my next step
