Amazing meeting room space and excellent staff - thoroughly recommend it!

This is our 5th or 6th year doing our yearly event at Convene and our experience is always great -- from staff, location convenience, design and food. Will always consider Convene first for any future events.

Exceptional people make the difference, on top of the unique professional decor and fabulous food. They make it easy to focus on your event and the attendees. The outstanding service inspires excellence in each individual.

Overall A wonderful experience, We thank the team for their organization, foward thinking, and accommodation. The lunch was fabulous and the post event snacks were exceptional. Thank you for making our event special.

Convene is the premiere place to hold a meeting. The facilities are stunning, the food is incredible and the nourish café is more than I could ever ask for. They take care of the food with their inclusive packages, and it is always above and beyond. The spaces are inspiring, unlike any other meeting space out there. I have hosted at venues that were not all inclusive and the stress of catering, the coordination of deliveries, and the uninspiring places are not worth the lower cost. At convene I can take a deep breath and relax because they have it all under control....Needless to say, hosting a meeting here is a treat! Having a cool, trendy, exciting place to meet is nothing without a stellar staff. Every single person is a delight to work with. From booking with Frederick, and each event coordinator, to the staff that services the nourish café and rooms. Each person is remarkable, service oriented and kind. They really hit the jackpot in talent.

This is a fantastic location to hold small events and meetings. The staff is incredible and makes all the difference in the experience.

The staff at Convene was all fantastic. We are a mid-sized technology company who hosted our first ever client conference at Convene Chicago. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the perfect mix of the modern, functional and well-equipped venue we were looking for. Everybody at Convene was very flexible and accommodating especially as the number of attendees at our event changed from what we were expecting. We hosted a 4 day event and our guests were comfortable and in good spirits the whole time. The space and layout of all the meeting spaces at Convene were flexible and easily adjustable to meet our needs. Working with the Convene Chicago team was great. I would (and do!) recommend them to event planners for any sized group. Thanks Convene!

It is an absolute delight working in the Convene space. I find that I am more productive here. I can think clearer. I thoroughly enjoy the hotel-like amenities. The phone booths and enclaves are something that every company should incorporate into their design. The sit-stand desks and ergonomic chairs should also be a standard. The staff here is 100% top notch! They totally encompass hospitality! Hosting an event within a Convene space has also been a fantastic experience. The food is fantastic! Service is superb! My only suggestion for future locations would be to sound proof the enclaves. Otherwise, keep doing what you're doing! It's working!
