I am very satisfied with Convene locations when we host our programs there. I do think they are pricing themselves out of some business however. The pricing is getting way too costly especially when they don't allow receptions to be part of F&B minimums without some tough negotiations. While they seem "convenient", and services are good, it's not working for our budgets and still have to review other spaces. While I like their food selections, it's the same when we host multiple events throughout the year at different locations. Presentation of meals, actually just breaks could be improved as it leaves attendees looking around for more.

The room was smaller than expected, and not bringing in food for those that have food allergies was difficult. Otherwise, the venue is very professional and accommodated all of our needs

Great events last week...the hallway where the restrooms and our meeting room were did not smell fresh or clean the entire week. With all the renovations that were done (and look fantastic) I was surprised those hallways were in the shape they are.

Its been awhile since we used convene, but our last experience was great

It was an excellent venue and the staff - especially Shantel - went out of their way to make the event a success. Access to the building was a bit of a challenge, they delayed our photographer although he was registered. A couple of the Convene staff even helped me carry six packages across the road to the Fedex office which was very much appreciated by me!

I love Convene's facility. They are bright and new. I wish they would work a little bit more with KPMG as it relates to pricing with competitor hotels.

Everything was great except... -Room was incredibly hot with attendees and presenters visibly sweating (was an unseasonably warm day for February) but even after calling building management the air barely cooled down all day and we had a lot of complaints. We couldn't keep doors open for airflow because of another event so were told to keep the doors shut to cool things down. Many attendees had to keep going in and out to cool down. -We had a reception from 5:30-7pm and were told that at 6:00pm that they were going to be testing the fire alarms and emergency system and that we could just "ignore it." We were able to get it delayed slightly but this was completely unacceptable and distracting to have going on during a networking event for high end executives.
