Frederick has been very patient with us in answering all of our questions and is always available to us when we need him! Kellie has been fantastic to work with on-site. She's very responsive to all of our requests and goes above and beyond. The facility is very clean and modern and the food is very good with ever changing menus and plenty of snacks to please a variety of appetites!

The experience, from reserving the date [Lauren Metchik and Kayla Weinstock] to the end [Kayla Weinstock and Daniel Cabrera] of Town Hall, was seamless and hassle free. All of my questions were answered with little delay. This is important to mention given the high demand for this location and Convene in general. I truly cannot think of anything that was not addressed or explained.

CONVENE is a fantastic venue for small, medium and large day meetings. My organization has used the City View Philadelphia venue more than once for small meetings. The property is centrally located in the city and allows easy access for local as well as out of state travelers. Nearby hotels are available for anyone who needs to stay overnight, but if there is a large group of people who need to stay over it could be cumbersome to have attendees trek down the street to attend the meeting. It can also be awkward during bad weather as there would be uncovered, outdoor transit involved between vehicles and the door. Food is amazing, varied and covers all dietary challenges. The "Nourish Bar" snacks, beverages and breaks are a huge + over traditional hotels. AV and ergonomic tables/chairs make for a comfortable environment to have a meeting. As one attendee just told me "this place is so cool, I need to take a picture to send to my 20+ yo daughter. I don't think I'm cool enough to even be here."
