Convene could work on pricing, however, we did meet our meeting goals and would consider Convene again.

Convene is great. The only issue was space in the room, it was a tight for 15 ppl with not much elbow room. This was due to folks having luggage, which was unforeseen. for Future, would be great if there was a luggage area or concierge to accept the luggage for onsite attendees. Also noticed (by one of the attendees), there was a larger room next door that could've been used to store luggage or shifting our meeting there- as long as the larger space was not booked. My contract was filled with errors and then the individual who was handling my contract went MIA. She did not indicate on her voicemail that she was out of office, so I never received a revised contract. When it was just a few days before my event, I panicked and tried calling around the company to get my contract revised and signed. The company was responsive and turned my contract around quickly. The facility was beautiful and the service was great onsite.

Tech team was great, location was great, all of the people I worked with were great - can-do attitude, flexible, got things done quickly even last minute changes. The only negative was the room we rented had horribly coffee-stained carpets and looked dingy and poorly maintained. It really reflected badly on the space and made it look low-budget.

Convene serves our purpose as a venue to host meetings/events. Gina Janniello is our contact in NYC, and she is always very helpful and understands our needs.

The staff is beyond great. They have always been very responsive, adaptable, professional and great to work with. Wish it was just easier to adjust the temperature in the room given the size of the group.

Staff is nice to work with. They do cost much more than other hotel meeting spaces in the area. The fact that they came down in price made it possible for us to use them as one of our NYC testing event venues on July 15, 2019.
