I am the PR Director for a major law firm in Philadelphia and am continually impressed by the service and content provided Content Writers. I would highly recommend them to any business in need of white papers or blog posts. If there was an option for "10 STARS", I would give them that rating!

The content simply regurgitated the data provided. No creative slant or research done on the topic.

Hi Norwood! We are very sorry to hear that your content order didn't meet your expectations. We're always working to improve and value your feedback greatly. If you'd like to try us again in the future, it may be worthwhile to know about our revision policy. While we work to get everything right on a first draft, sometimes it takes a little bit of feedback to get aligned on your preferences and voice. We offer up to 2 rounds of revision on each Self-Service order and are happy to rework draft(s) according to your feedback. These revisions are included in the order price. ContentWriters also offers a 100% Satisfaction Policy; if you're not happy with the work even after a round of revisions, we will provide a full refund. Please review our full Revision & Satisfaction Policies here: https://contentwriters.com/policies Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss. Thank you.

Excellent content always provided and a pleasure to work with the team.

Disappointing. Maybe I did not get a senior writer allocated to my request, but the writing was choppy and even after a rewrite it was still choppy. I requested a press release and it just didn't flow and wasn't written the way a seasoned professional/seasoned writer would compose a news/media story. They did, however, provide a quick turnaround on the job, and if you are in a pinch for a fast turnaround I would say go for it.

We blushed 😊when we saw what they had wrote about our products

I appreciated the time and effort that ContentWriters took with my recent request. The result was not as good as if I had gotten a subject matter expert who knows our business to write it, but it was good -- much better than I expected from an external resource.

I have been working with Content Writers for a short time on 11 new blogs. They have been very professional and the blogs they have written for me have been great! I look forward to working with them for a long time.
