Don't order from this cheap company, with an address in the U.S. Contact META, your consumer agency, and your legal representative to track and shut them down ( Officially on their website, they say it's covered under U.K. law ) Make sure to spread the word, and let everyone know about them.

Worst product and company ever. Selling offshore crap that doesn't work and offering no replacement and $3.00 to keep a defective product. What's the point? If it doesn't work then are you just scamming people?

This company is a scam. I am one of many who saw the advertisement on Instagram for translating earbuds. They had a whole skit with two people using the headphones to talk to each other in different languages. I bought two and then they sent me normal dollar store headphones that don’t even fit any human ear. This company needs to be shut down by Facebook instagram or meta! Everyone report them to Meta please. We can’t allow this to go on!

Bought translator earbuds from social media ad. Initial communication from contemplatei.com gave tracking numbers from Belgium. Item appeared to stall out somewhere in St Paul. SECOND set of tracking numbers originated from China, and product never arrived. Paypal refund experience is infuriating and ongoing (nowhere). ABSOLUTELY WAS SCAMMED.
