Kept me informed and let me know when the package was delivered.

Positives: - Device was delivered & functioned as advertised Negatives: - Confusing communication regarding transaction records, shipping details, and on how a refund request was being processed. Despite the receiving the product working, the communication experience left a sour taste in my mouth

Well packaged works great and it does what it says on the packet

Received in good condition but not used as yet but as expected

The constant update on the progress of my order, plus the quick response to a question I had, about the price I was charged and the prompt refund of the difference. Extremely great Customer Service.

The stand is not as stable as I would have hoped, and the cable not as sturdy as I would like. The pouch has the look of left-over stock of "Rosary bead pouches ( has the wording "Rose of na Mon's Land" )
