Hi there, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry the wait was longer than you expected. Contarmarket is a wholesale business, and in wholesale, longer fulfillment times are standard. They aren’t comparable to retail. We don’t set strict minimum order requirements, so anyone can buy at wholesale prices, but we ask customers to keep this difference in mind. That’s why we state the fulfillment time on the product page and again at checkout whenever it applies. The shipping fee covers the delivery of your order and is separate from fulfillment time. Orders over $350 ship free. Best regards, The Contarmarket Team

Hi Vivian, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your delivery wasn’t the experience you were expecting, and we understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than planned. Contarmarket is a wholesale business, which means you can buy at wholesale prices, but fulfillment times can be longer than what you’d normally find in retail. Some products take extra time to fulfill, and we make that clear throughout the purchase, both on the product pages and at checkout. Best regards, The Contarmarket Team
