Our platform is disruptive by design, and often not welcome by some of our competitors and suppliers. Our business model was developed to give some level of transparency and data to the consumer, to help make faster and more informative purchase decisions. Prior to this rapid change in market conditions we were executing that plan very effectively. The last 90 days has been challenging to manage supply and more importantly customer expectations. So what are we doing to correct some of these issues?- We have reduced our margins to help offset price increases.
