ConsumptionaReviews of consumptiona.com

Ordered a toilet brush at the end of February and we are now in June! I used the tracking e-mail and there is nothing noted after it landing in Cardiff at the beginning of March. Messaged the carrier and they have ignored me so went back to Consumptiona and they have given me two options. Basically get a replacement but pay for it and shipping again! or wait for it....they can refund me but minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product. So that's zero then isn't it!!?? Why would I accept either of these options!! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful! DO NOT USE! Told I shouldn't allow my dog to chew, a chew toy. Much smaller than advertised and the money back guarantee on the website it completely redundant as they refuse to do this and say they are only allowed to give £5 back. Customer service is non existent. Product is awful. Do yourself a favour and save your money!

Absolute rubbish product. Claims it is indestructible but was destroyed in 10 minutes by my dog. Blatant false advertising- do not buy!!! Currently initiating chargeback procedure and reporting to the Consumer Protection Agency for fraud.

I bought 2 ‘indestructible’ dino dog toys for my 2 dogs. I had to take them off them within 15minutes as the stuffing was coming out and my dog had chewed the arm off one of them! I have sent photographic proof and asked for a refund. I have been offered £5 ‘compensation’ when they cost me £9 each! I paid more because I believed that would get me better quality. The customer service is non existent, they are sending the same email repeatedly saying that the warehouse says they sent the right product-maybe but that product is either faulty or simply falsely advertised and frankly dangerous for dogs!

I bought an “INDESTRUCTABLE” Dino dog toy that lasted less than 10 minutes. Reply from Consumptiona support stated that our dogs teeth must be too sharp. Complete rip off and clearly false advertising.
