Aneeq excellence needs a stronger team support
I had mixed experiences with the Consultisor team. On the positive side, Aneeq Essani, the manager, was always responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, the rest of the team struggled with basic customer data management, they even forgot nature of my account leading to unavoidable mistakes. As a buyer, my account is vital to my business, especially during the early stages of a new venture. I was disappointed when my US account creation was suspended due to alleged forged documents, despite submitting original documents. The team could have done better in informing me about the required scanned invoice format earlier, which would have avoided additional frustration. I appreciate Aneeq's efforts and suggest that he focus on building a more robust team to enhance their services. With four years of experience in the services industry, I believe that the Consultisor has the potential to excel with a more competent team.
