Todd, thank you. This means a lot to our whole team. You put it perfectly, construction, remodeling, and repairs can be stressful, and taking that weight off our clients is exactly what we aim for on every project. Being called honest folks who know what they are doing is the reputation we work hardest to earn. We appreciate you trusting us and taking the time to share this. Thank you for the kind recommendation, and we are here anytime you need us at (727) 999-1855. Matt Thompson Construction Corps

Luke, thank you for taking the time to share your experience on Trustpilot. It means a great deal to our team at Construction Corps to hear that your brother in law's ADU has become such a functional and welcoming space for your family, and that it works well as a holiday gathering spot and a comfortable place for you to keep up with work. We are genuinely excited to be carrying that same standard into the design phase of your new build in Tampa. A stress free process starts with clear, timely communication, and we are committed to keeping you informed at every stage from design through final walkthrough. As a veteran-owned, design-build general contractor serving the Tampa Bay area, we are proud to earn that kind of confidence from families like yours. Thank you for standing behind a local veteran business and for recommending us publicly. You can always reach us at our Clearwater office at 2054 Weaver Park Drive or by phone at (727) 999-1855. Marsha, Thank you for taking the time to share this. Your 1938 beach cottage is exactly the kind of project that defines why we do what we do at Construction Corps. Hurricane damage, mold remediation, FEMA 50 percent rule restrictions, and a 322 day permitting process is about as complex as residential reconstruction gets here in Florida. You stayed committed through every phase, and that made it possible for our team to execute the restoration the right way. I want to recognize the people you mentioned. Winter working through permits, Jonathan developing a clear and structured proposal, Jedi managing the project in the field, along with our full team and subcontractors. These projects only succeed when everyone is aligned and focused on quality. What matters most to us is that we did not just rebuild a structure. We preserved the character of your historic beach cottage. The shiplap walls, cast iron tub, and archway details are what make that home unique, and protecting those elements is a big part of what sets a true design build contractor apart. We appreciate the trust you placed in Construction Corps for mold remediation, permitting, and full home restoration after hurricane damage. Projects like yours are exactly why homeowners across Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area look for an experienced, licensed general contractor who understands both construction and compliance. Thank you again for trusting our team.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We know how challenging it can be navigating construction in Florida, especially after working with contractors who may not meet expectations, so we truly appreciate your trust in Construction Corps. Our goal on every project, especially ADU construction and permitted work in Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area, is to stay proactive with communication and guide clients through the entire process from permitting to construction. The permitting phase can often be the most uncertain part for homeowners, so we make it a priority to keep clients informed and moving forward. We are glad to hear that the transition from permit approval to starting foundation work moved quickly and that you are happy with your new ADU. That type of coordination is exactly what we aim for on every project. It means a lot to our team that you felt supported throughout the process. We take pride in delivering well managed projects and maintaining clear communication from start to finish. Thank you again for your recommendation and for trusting Construction Corps with your project here in Florida.

Thank you for the detailed review and for trusting Construction Corps with your home renovation. Projects that involve full home remodels and primary bedroom additions require careful coordination between design, engineering, and construction, so we appreciate the opportunity to guide you through that process. We are glad to hear that the planning phase helped you feel confident before construction began. Taking the time to work through layout decisions and engineering early on is a big part of ensuring a smooth project, especially for larger renovations and additions. It is great to hear that the new bedroom and master bathroom came together the way you envisioned and that the finishes, tile work, and overall craftsmanship stood out. Our team puts a strong focus on quality and attention to detail throughout every stage of construction. We also appreciate your comments about the professionalism of the crew and job site conditions. Maintaining an organized and respectful work environment is something we prioritize, especially when clients are living in the home during construction. Thank you again for your recommendation and for trusting Construction Corps with your project in the Tampa Bay area.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review and for trusting Construction Corps with your project. Projects that involve structural modifications and load bearing wall changes require careful coordination between design, engineering, and Florida Building Code compliance, so we appreciate the opportunity to guide you through that process from planning and permitting through construction. We are glad to hear that communication and organization stood out throughout the project. Maintaining a clear process from architectural planning to permit approval and construction is a core part of how we manage design build projects in Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area. It is especially meaningful to us that you have chosen to move forward with a second project for an ADU. We look forward to continuing to work with you on the permit ready plan set and construction phase. Thank you again for your recommendation and for placing your trust in our team.
