Sorry you are the Windows company - great windows and good service, we has a little scheduling problem we asked you to come after our vacation but you came during and put them is leaving all the hardware for me to put pack up.

Hello Don, I don’t believe that we are the company you think we are, as we haven’t done any work for you since 2013. We also don’t provide a “statement of work” as you referenced in your review, we do not request a down payment of 7% for our contracts, and we do not have any future appointments scheduled with you at this time.

Good Quality Products
Good Quality Products. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. We have replaced all but four windows/doors with Conversation Construction on two occasions. Price of windows went up appreciably the second time we had replacements installed and since we are repeat customers, believe we should be given a price decrease not increase. Plan to replace three more this spring but will bid it out.

Thank you for your positive review! It is unfortunate that we have to adjust our pricing to keep up with price increases within the industry. We do our best to lock in pricing and offer discounts for previous customers; however when there is a significant span between purchases we are a bit limited in what we’re able to do. We certainly appreciate your repeat business and hope that we are able to work with you again in the future.
