I did receive tissue boxes, but got scammed out of $9 expedited shipping fee
Like so many others here I ordered the tissue boxes. I placed my order on 12/5/2023 and paid $8.99 for expedited shipping. The items arrived on 1/18/2024. I emailed customer service requesting to be refunded the expedited shipping fee and encountered what I’d call “weaponized incompetence,” in that THREE TIMES their service agent responded without addressing my issue. The last two times they said they couldn’t refund “shipping insurance.” (I did pay $1.20 for insurance and did not ask for that back.) In their fourth response to me they said I needed to contact the seller—and gave me a broken link to do so. Seems to me that they’re padding sales by charging that expedited shipping fee with no intention of expediting anything. So if you have 6 weeks before you need your items, go for it. Don’t pay for expedited shipping or expect to get your things in less than a month.
