Do not order from Consequently.com never received package!

If I could post negative stars I would. Same experience as everyone else on here. The product never arrives and there is no customer service department to speak of. It is very frustrating as you continue to receive shipping updates but nothing ever comes. When you post negative reviews of the items on their website, they immediately get cleared off. Do not order from this company!

Ordered 4 "flying tissue boxes" tracked order for past month. Has not arrived, reached out via order and tracking # says "page does not exist 404 Error code." sent a note to consequentlly, said to contact the seller...they are the seller! SO disappointed, reaching out to ccard co to recoup $.

5 weeks NO product . Can not breach the automated customer service run a round. SCAM!! SCAM! Ordered SIX tissue boxes. Can get NO information. Bogus customs talk - SCAM! Pursue dispute immediately with your credit card companies people!!

All the five star reviews on here are from china bots. Charged me almost double from my card. Sent fake tracking. Nothing arrived after 7 weeks. PayPal no help. Avoid at all costs!!

If I could give consequently negative stars, I would this company is a scam do not order anything from these people. I ordered the tissue boxes in pink and turquoise November 16. It has been a month I have seen nothing and they both cost together $56 with the extra shipping. I am contacting my credit card company right now.

They deserve negative stars, but you have to hit the at least 1 star. BUYERS BEWARE NOTHING CAME NO RESPONSE HORRIBLE 1. Never got order 2. Never got a response from a person 3. EVERY Auto response doesn’t WORK doesn’t allow you to enter info 4. Christmas presents ordered November 9th 5. No help from anyone where the order is? 6. No help for when they will get here? 7. Emailed so much for help 8. Still nothing 3 1/2 weeks later said would arrive 7-14 days it’s gonna be 30 days no order response of help

I believe the whole company is a con. I stupidly bought an item online after viewing an advert on Instagram - I should've known better. Over 5 weeks later and nothing has arrived. Tried to cancel but they refused. Cheated and conned. Don't go anywhere near them. UPDATE: I contacted my back re the transaction and about 10-14 days later the item arrived. With no email, explanation or shopping note.
