I placed an order on March 13, 2025. The original tracking information showed the following update: 2025-03-15 08:34:53 UTC Cambridge, N3H 2N2, United Kingdom – The shipment has been processed at the parcel center of origin. After seeing no further updates, I filed a case with PayPal. I was then provided with a different tracking number, which indicated the item was shipped from China: 2025-04-03 18:43 Shenzhen General Warehouse - Operation Center – Item has been collected. At one point, this tracking number also showed that the item had reached Chicago, but that information has since disappeared from the tracking history. Additionally, I was given a USPS tracking number that currently does not exist in the USPS system. Assuming that this will be a charitable donation to the scammers who run this website in case Paypal does not provide a refund. Lesson learned never order something from Facebook ads. According to them the package was delivered: 2025-04-18 13:26. I received it from a neighbor today because it was delivered to the wrong address. What they delivered was not even close to what I ordered. Filed a case with Paypal but will not hold my breath that they will actually do the right thing. If you think about ordering from this website make sure that you are willing to part with your money and that you will be happy about receiving crap.

I recently placed an order for a charging station with clock and received the wrong item. I received a charging station with no clock and requested a replacement or refund. I was asked multiple times to send photos, which I did with no resolution and robotic AI type responses. Finally I found a phone number and again described the issue. It was difficult to understand the representative but she agreed to give me a refund but only if I gave her my complete credit card information, which I was not comfortable with. Any legitimate seller can refund to original payment method without this kind of security breach. When I again asked her to look up my order she hung up on me. I’m still hoping for a refund but am very frustrated.

my order came today. the package was totally broken, the peeky boo baer does defenently not work we tryed with 3 x brand new batteries.it was supposed to be for our great grandsons birthday.but we stood there with nothing for him.i am very very,angry.!!!!

I purchased a product from this company. The product i received was not as per advertisement. Their customer support is not responding at all. The item i purcashed was "Wireless Rechargeable Air Conditioner" but they sent me "Constant wind speed Tower Fan" which is misleading. Do not trust this web site.

This has been the worst and scammer company my portable air conditioner never arrived i have check everything and everyone even the tracking number is not correct very disappointing they took my money. Be careful with purchasing from this company they scammers and would take your money

I ordered a rechargeable screwdriver set.They charged me double of advertised price. After a month I received this tiny manual,toy like drill set that belongs in kindergarten. This company is total scam. Avoid this company.

This website out of China is offering lots of amazing products at seemingly good prices with good discounts. My husband saw an advert for a back support pillow and thought it would be perfect for me as I have a back injury. He placed the order with several "discounts" applied for 2 of the item. Immediately after he started getting amazon ads for the same product/seller at a fraction of the cost. He returned to the website to cancel the order only to find no function to cancel or amend the order, just an email address. We emailed requesting the items were cancelled. 2 days later somebody came back to us saying it was "impossible" to cancel and to please "trust" our initial purchase, not making a single mention of the triple cost price hike they were charging. We have since contacted PayPal but will likely have to go through a lengthy, multi-month long process to get our money back which will most likely include having to pay for re-shipping to China, If the products arrive, that is. Very unhelpful "customer service" scam prices and a lot of hassle. I am happy to share photos of the conversation with their "service department" as proof. Do not make the same mistake we did, do not use this company.
