One of the four bracelets I received were not quality assurance checked at all because it arrived with a flat kink on a round chain that extremely stiff compared to the other just like it. The kink is bad that if you wear it it will split at the point of damage.

I have plug them in but I have to wait to see my next electric bill to see if it has gone down yet. The product looks very well made. Was delivery on time and in good condition.
