If you are not rich, don't bank with them. They like to put you in a awkward situation then kick you when your down. After they take a swing at you, then they want to talk to you. When I tried they didn't even hear me out. FYI:date of occurrence is incorrect because it doesn't go back farther than that.

These guys are scammers. They don’t care about their customers at all and your funds are not secure. Imagine I blocked my card after a fraudulent transaction and the card was STILL USED TO MAKE AN ILLEGAL TRANSACTION
