This company is a complete scam operation. I placed an order many weeks ago but did not receive any sort of confirmation. I have tried to contact them on 3 different emails but have not gotten a response.
I will now be forced to do a credit card charge back
Avoid at all costs

Waste of money, terrible customer service
When my bottles were delivered, a few of them were broken.
I actually cut my finger on the broken glass, before I even got the box open.
I messaged a few times via e-mail, Facebook and Instagram and heard nothing back.
Cancelled my subscription
Iv been taking the bottles that were still intact, 2 weeks in, feel absolutely no difference.
I’m pretty sure it’s just lemon juice 🤢

Really sorry to hear about the smashed glass and your finger. It's one of the problems with trying to hold the highest efficacy of a product. Plastic is suboptimal, yet cheaper and also ships a lot better. We'll hold our hands up for that one but we are convinced that glass is the best way to deliver the highest possible efficacy to the end user.
It's certainly not just lemon juice, as I can tell from your emoji, you've probably tasted CONKA Clear. It's not the finest-tasting stuff in the world, but it does work. If you'd like me to send you another bot completely free of charge, then please make sure you reach out to our customer service email, which is [email protected].
I've had a look and tried to find your email, but to no avail.

Misleading advertising
I've just stumbled on an advert for this on Facebook suggesting that it can replace methylphenidate. The fact that I'm the first person to write a trust pilot review on this adds more evidence that this looks to be another snake oil peddler trying to take advantage of people with a disability that makes them more susceptible to such scams.
The active ingredients mostly don't have any research to suggest they're helpful for ADHD. We've got Gingko biloba which may be helpful but the research told us that it is significantly less effective than methylphenidate so very much not a replacement. Lemon balm we have some research for children with sub-clinical symptoms so weren't on medication and they experienced some benefit.
A general rule of thumb is that if they infer it can do a similar job as ADHD medication is to ignore it because the only thing that follows will be lies. At best this is a product intended as a nootropic for neurotypical people and at worse it's a grey market scam pretending that the supplement is intended for people with ADHD.

What we're genuinely proud of is the actual science behind CONKA, and it's worth being specific about it rather than just asserting it.
Ashwagandha has some of the best-replicated human trial data of any adaptogen for stress and cortisol reduction. Rhodiola's SHR-5 extract sits on a 20-plus-year research programme for mental fatigue and performance under stress, with effects showing up in as little as three days in some trials. Curcumin has real, repeated anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective evidence, including an 18-month human trial showing measurable memory benefits. Ginkgo, B12 and our antioxidant actives each carry decades of published research behind their roles in circulation and nervous system support. We built this formula around ingredients that could actually earn their place with real evidence, that's the standard we hold ourselves to, and we think it shows.
That's a genuinely strong evidence base for everyday cognitive and wellness support. It's just a completely different claim from treating ADHD, and we'd never want the two confused. The science we're proud of is precisely why we're not going to overstate what it does.
The team will reach out and If you can share the specific ad, we'd like to see it and put this right. Thank you for holding us to a high bar.

Do not use this seller
Do not use this seller. Raised garden beds are completely misrepresented. Described as easily assembled in minutes which is a lie. To return I was going to be charged £100. Avoid like the plague
Response from ConkaSep 8, 2026
It seems as if you have left this on the wrong profile. We do not sell raised garden beds, and unlike said garden furniture company, we do offer free returns and refunds for up to 100 days after purchase.
