Beware — I Lost $165 Due to Their Wrong Wallet Address!
I’m honestly shocked and disappointed. I sent $165 — money I worked hard for — through this platform, carefully copying the wallet address they provided. But it turns out the funds never reached the intended recipient.
After digging around, I found many others with the exact same complaint: payments sent to wrong addresses that the company denies owning. This isn’t just a one-off mistake — it feels like a scam or a serious security failure on their part.
If you’re thinking about using this service, please think twice. Losing hard-earned money because of their negligence or worse, dishonesty, is not something anyone should experience.
I’ve asked for a refund, but I’m not holding my breath. Save yourself the stress and avoid this platform.

I want to let people now I did not received the refund $2843.00 they have closed the ticket without re issuing another refund..
Scam scam and this people stupid when it comes to crypto deposit and payment..
I bought a $400k challenge from Fxify I paid with USDC ($2843.00) and the transaction declined since under paid I think by a 1$
Now I had to do a refund,on refund form asked me to past Ethereum wallet Address and email address.. Fine I did that,, also confirm ( Ethereum recieve address ERC20 network)
Guess what, when they finalize the payment on their end, decided to process USDC token to ethereum address that is not compitable for USDC token.... My question is why not on refund form ask to paste USDC address or perhaps why not confirm before sending the payment... Remember you can't ask people fill the ethereum address on refund form, then you decide to process USDC token on Ethereum address wallet.. My understanding is they should have processed ETH to ethereum address..
Funny part on invoice says refunded on USDC address yet on refund form said fill (ethereum address)... Now my refund is stuck on blockchain, they even told me to contact my crypto wallet support (Luno) and ask for seed phrase and LUNO refuses to provide such confidential information to public as it could be detrimental to LUNO's security..
__________________________________________
No! on A refund form you send I should provide you ethereum address not USDC address..
You also requested the seed phrase of which Luno told you they won't be able to send it to a third party.. "Our receive addresses are simple smart contracts designed to forward specific currencies to our internal wallets. You shouldn't think of your ETH, Chainlink, Uniswap or USDC receive address as an externally-owned Ethereum account.
Once a smart contract has been created, it’s immutable. The retrieval of funds would need to be a manual transfer between two Ethereum accounts. Doing so would require direct access to the sending wallet's private keys (seed phrase).
This could pose a fundamental risk to the security of our wallets - which we can’t allow under any circumstances."

Dear Customer,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify the situation:
The refund was processed exactly as requested, in USDC on the Ethereum network (ERC20). This is clearly stated on the refund form and on the invoice. Confirmo does not have visibility or control over how individual wallets handle token compatibility.
As the funds were already sent from our side, we recommend contacting Luno support directly. They will be able to advise you on how to access or recover the USDC sent to your Ethereum address. For security reasons, please do not share your seed phrase with anyone.
If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

its horrible scam to see
its horrible scam to see , in just two hours due to manipulation of payments at confirmo end they have cut 20$ from 33$, it should be 10% this time , its not justifiable you guys are doing poor business. I will spread this to all around me . you people will be thinking it doesn't hurt you anymore but it will have an impact someday, cutting 20$ from 33$ matter is unjustifiable...... confirmo is highly un recommended
Response from ConfirmoJul 7, 2025
Dear Salaar,
We’re sorry to hear your dissatisfaction, but we’d like to clarify.
The $20 you mention is our minimum recovery fee, which applies when funds are sent incorrectly (for example, using the wrong network or currency). This fee is clearly stated in our terms and covers the operational costs involved in manually locating and recovering funds that were not processed automatically.
We understand it can be frustrating, but this fee ensures we can safely and efficiently assist with user errors. To avoid such situations, we encourage all users to carefully check invoice details before making payments.
If you have further concerns or would like us to review your case again, please reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Best regards,

I tried to use it but one you enter to the site they will show you bunch of other stuff and can't direct you for payment this is so complex and not good for beginners. The firm from where I was buy the show 545¢ but this site direct me to demo payment Which is 7 USD I can't understand why I should pay demo funds I'm here to buy challenge not to pay for your demo things 😡
Response from ConfirmoMar 10, 2025
Hello Farhad,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
It sounds like there may have been some confusion regarding the payment process. Our platform does not direct users to demo payments unless they specifically access our demo environment, which is meant for testing purposes only. If you were redirected to a demo payment instead of the intended purchase, we recommend reaching out to the company from which you were buying to ensure you are using the correct payment link.
We’d be happy to assist you in understanding the process better. If you need further clarification, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the details of your transaction.

Thieves!!!
I sent Bitcoin and they had to refund for I have no idea why yet I lost money in fees. To me they are Thieves!
Response from ConfirmoDec 3, 2024
Hi Christi, we are sorry about your negative experience. This situation most likely happened due to an underpayment from your side, which you then manually refunded on the invoice page. The invoice page clearly states how much the refund will cost you in transaction fees.
Due to the relatively high fees on the Bitcoin blockchain, the costs of multiple payments can indeed add up. We will look into the UX side of things to prevent similar situations happening in the future, and we appreciate the feedback.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! This platform is not serious about its customers’ security.
I had a terrible experience with [Confirmo]. After making a payment in crypto, the transaction address was altered, and my funds were lost. Instead of taking responsibility, their support team blamed my laptop for being hacked or infected with malware! They claimed the issue was on my end, even though I’ve never had this problem with any other platform.
Here’s part of the response I received from them:
“After reviewing the video, it is clear that the address you copied from our site ends in y2Z6XQU, but the address that was pasted during the transaction ends in UEJQh. This suggests that the address is being altered, likely by a hacker or malware present on your device.”
This response is absolutely unacceptable and shows their lack of seriousness. If they can’t ensure secure transactions or protect their customers, how can anyone trust them? I highly recommend staying away from this platform. They will not take responsibility if something goes wrong, and you risk losing your money.

Hello Driss, thanks for getting in touch. We are very sorry about your negative experience. We have reviewed the information and video you have provided to our support team. It clearly shows that when you copy the address from a Confirmo invoice, your computer pastes a different address into your wallet. This means two things.
One is that you made a crypto payment to a wallet address that is not associated with our platform. As such, there is no way for us to recover your funds because we do not have access to wallets outside our platform. When making a manual (address-pasting) crypto payment, it is absolutely essential to double-check that the address you are paying to matches the one that is provided by the recipient, in this case the Confirmo invoice. With crypto payments, if you misplace even a single character, the payment will be lost. While we do have the capacity to recover assets sent to a different network than the one which was selected on the Confirmo invoice (since the funds eventually still arrive in our platform), this was not the case with your payment.
Based on the video you sent us, your copy-paste led to the input of a completely different wallet address. This behavior is very odd, and the most likely answer is that your computer is infected with malware that changes the contents of your clipboard (the "place" where text or images goes when you copy it). This is indeed called a clipboard hijacker and crypto users may be targeted by it by malicious actors. We highly recommend that you run a thorough audit of your computer security. If left unsolved, you run the risk of losing personal data such as passwords, IDs and more, as the attacker seems to have already infiltrated your system.
We pride ourselves on providing the best possible support to our merchants and their customers, but in your case we simply have no way of recovering the crypto payment. We are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience.

Do not trust, KYC scam
Do not trust, this is a scam company, they will allow you to open account and once you recieve payment they will, all of a sudden require you to KYC.
You will ever pass this KYC, this is where the scam is confirmed, we are legit and submitted all required docs , it has become apparent after 6 months , we will not pass this kyc as they are just scammers.
Response from ConfirmoJan 31, 2024
Hello Ari, we are sorry you feel this way. Assuming you submitted the two required documents, your merchant account should be verified within 24 hours. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need any help with passing the verification process.
We do our best to be transparent about our KYC. As a licensed European payments processor we are legally obliged to require certain basic documents from our clients to comply with applicable law. Although we are aware of the inconvenient nature of requiring your personal documents, over the years we have managed to streamline the process to be as simple as possible. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance.

Scammed me of money
Scammed me of money. Horrible oplatform . Will say you have underpaid just to scam more money for the transcation
Response from ConfirmoJan 31, 2024
Hello Olesya, we are sorry to hear you had problems paying through us. Did you manage to resolve your issue with the merchant? Underpaid invoices are refundable and the merchant should be able to help you resolve the issue.
Underpayments happen in times of higher volatility in crypto markets or due to high blockchain transaction fees. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need any further assistance. Have a great day!
