I had a very bad experience with Confirmo. I sent 18 USDT from my Binance wallet to pay an invoice. After the network fee, 17 USDT was successfully transferred according to the blockchain transaction. However, when the invoice expired, I received only 1.362812 USDT as a refund. More than 15 USDT is still missing and I did not receive a clear explanation about where the remaining funds went. I contacted support, but my ticket was closed without properly resolving the issue. I request Confirmo to review this case again and provide a clear explanation or return the remaining funds. I am willing to update this review if the issue is resolved.

Despite multiple confirmations via support mail with all details provided, they repeatedly send the SAME automated reply: "Please confirm the refund." No progress, no manual handling—just a broken loop delaying funds for days/weeks, despite claims of 8-hour processing. Support starts responsive but gets stuck in automation hell. This is poor customer service for a payment gateway. Fix your refund system! Avoid until resolved.

I paid $5,000 in crypto using Confirmo invoice. After the payment, they stopped the transaction. I asked why, they asked me for company documents. I have lost time, money, and nerves because of this company. I honestly have never seen such bad handling of a client’s funds. This was my first and last time using their service. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from Confirmo. You risk losing your money and wasting a lot of time.

Instead of engaging in a proper compliance review, they sent the same automated emails on repeat and refused to escalate the case to a human compliance officer. I proactively offered to provide company registration documents, director identification, proof of wallet ownership, contracts, invoices, and any additional compliance information they required, but all of this was ignored. They refused to give a clear refund timeline and left the funds frozen in limbo until it was eventually refunded. A real bank does not simply send money back without first requesting clarification and documentation. Banks engage with the customer to resolve compliance questions, whereas Confirmo chose to force a refund without any attempt at verification or dialogue. This was not a fraud case or an illegal transaction.
