I am extremely disappointed with Confirmo. My funds (674.59 USDT) are currently stuck because of a simple EVM network mix-up (sent via opBNB instead of BSC). Both networks share the exact same address architecture, and Confirmo holds the private keys. In the crypto space, any competent gateway with a decent engineering team can perform a quick manual sweep to return the funds. Instead, Confirmo’s support hides behind automated replies and refuses to escalate the issue to their technical team, claiming "system limitations." If you are a merchant or a user, beware: their system is extremely rigid. If a minor EVM routing mistake happens, they will not help you, and your money will be locked indefinitely. I will update this review only if their management steps in and performs a manual recovery.

My experience with Confirmo has been extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. My cryptocurrency payment was successfully received on-chain, and Confirmo's own payment page confirms that the funds were received. I also completed and submitted all verification information requested from me. Despite this, my payment has now been stuck at “Pending verification” for more than 21 hours. The payment page explicitly states: “This should only take a moment.” More than 21 hours is clearly not “a moment.” What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of meaningful customer support. I have contacted Confirmo by email regarding this payment and provided the relevant information, yet I have received no response, no explanation, and no estimated timeframe for resolution. My money has already been sent, the blockchain transactions are confirmed, and I have completed everything requested from my side. Yet I am left with neither a completed payment nor any meaningful communication from the company processing it. I am now posting this review publicly because my attempts to resolve the matter through Confirmo's normal support channel have gone unanswered. I expect Confirmo to review this case immediately and either complete the payment or provide a clear explanation for the delay. Payment reference available upon request I will update this review if and when Confirmo actually resolves the issue. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend using a payment processor that can leave a successfully received cryptocurrency payment in an undefined verification status for more than 21 hours while providing no meaningful response to the customer.

Be highly cautious using Confirmo. I processed a checkout payment of $17 on the Arbitrum One network. Because of a simple token mismatch (sending USDT instead of ETH), Confirmo trapped my funds. Their support team explicitly acknowledged they are holding my money under Invoice ID invQyQ4sooAWjaa, but they refuse to release it or return it unless I pay a $20 'manual recovery fee.' They willingly accept small payments under $20 from everyday users, but configure their recovery fees to be higher than the transaction value so they can legally liquidate and keep your money. When I exposed the technical fact that Arbitrum network fees are fractions of a cent, they hid behind corporate policies. Absolute anti-consumer behavior. Avoid this gateway.

Very disappointing experience with Confirmo. I made a payment of 11.922981 USDT using the TRC20 network. The payment was successful but later had to be refunded. However, I only received 3.362863 USDT back. This means that more than 8.5 USDT were deducted from the refund. According to the public blockchain transaction, the actual network fee on TRON was only 0.345 TRX (just a few cents). Despite this, Confirmo claims that the difference was caused by “network execution costs”. Blockchain data clearly shows that the network fee was extremely low, so the explanation provided does not match the publicly verifiable data. I requested a detailed breakdown of the fees, but none was provided. Instead, I received repeated explanations about network congestion that do not align with the blockchain record. I strongly recommend that anyone using Confirmo carefully review their refund policies before making a payment.

I am very disappointed with Confirmo's service. I accidentally sent USDT via the opBNB network to their BSC address. Initially, their support confirmed via email that a manual recovery was possible for a 10% fee. However, they have now changed their stance, claiming they cannot see or recover the funds. ​Technically, since opBNB is EVM-compatible, they have access to the funds if they hold the private keys to the BSC wallet. "I purchased a $5k evaluation account from Goat Funded Trader (GFT) on March 20th using USDT (Arbitrum) via Confirmo. It has been 8 DAYS and I still haven't received my account. Due to a network selection error, the funds were sent via the opBNB network instead of BSC. Even though Confirmo owns the private keys to this wallet (as it is the same address on both EVM chains), they have refused to spend 2 minutes to manually recover my funds for over 70 days. I have provided clear proof from the merchant (MyFundedFutures) that the money is held by Confirmo, yet their support agents (Gabriel and Nicholas) hide behind "system limitations." This is not a technical impossibility; it is a choice to withhold customer property. They have now effectively closed my ticket and refused to provide further updates while my money sits in THEIR wallet. If you value your funds and professional accountability, stay away from this provider.
