I had a disappointing experience with Confirmo. I accidentally sent USDT on Polygon instead of USDC on Polygon for a payment. The transaction was successfully completed and the funds were sent to the designated receiving address. I contacted Confirmo immediately to explain the mistake and asked for help recovering the funds. They confirmed that the payment was indeed sent in USDT instead of USDC, but told me that their recovery process has a minimum $20 fee. My payment amount was below that minimum, so they told me they could not process the recovery. I understand that technical and network fees may apply, but I was disappointed that there was no alternative solution offered for a genuine payment mistake involving a relatively small amount. I hope Confirmo can consider providing a more flexible solution for small mistaken payments in the future.

Repeated opBNB cases, no urgent solution for a prolonged period 😡 I sent my funds to the correct Confirmo deposit address, but unfortunately used the opBNB network instead of BSC. Confirmo confirmed that the funds are still at the deposit address and have not been lost, but they cannot access or recover them because their wallet provider does not support this network. What is extremely disappointing is that similar opBNB cases were publicly reported on January 20, March 26, April 2, and July 17, 2026. You can check these cases yourselves on this page and verify the dates and details. Despite these repeated cases, there is still no recovery solution or estimated timeframe for affected customers. I find it extremely frustrating that this recurring issue has not been treated as an urgent matter requiring a solution as soon as possible. The way Confirmo has handled this issue is deeply disappointing. I strongly hope the company finally treats these cases with the urgency they deserve and takes concrete steps to support opBNB and resolve the issue for affected customers.

My experience with Comfirmo has been extremely disappointing. According to the communication I received, Comfirmo acknowledged receiving my cryptocurrency payment. However, despite this, they have not been willing to either refund the payment or forward it to the intended recipient. I have contacted them and explained the situation, but I have not received a satisfactory solution. What is especially frustrating is that they appear to acknowledge that the funds were received, yet neither a refund nor a forward payment has been completed.

​I am posting this review because Confirmo support has stopped providing human resolution for my pending deposit. ​My second USDT (BEP20) payment was sent to Confirmo's gateway address. The payment was placed under "internal review" over a week ago, far exceeding their official 48-hour review window. ​The merchant (Blue Guardian) confirmed they never received settlement for this invoice because Confirmo froze the payment on their end. Meanwhile, email support continues to loop automated template replies while holding my on-chain verified funds. ​Because of this unacceptable delay, I was forced to complete my merchant order using a credit card. I demand an immediate manual intervention and full refund of my deposit back to my BEP20 wallet.

Holding 4,000$ for over 6 days because they can't complete a simple refund after my KYC failed. submited the refund from, they dont have a contact number, just a stupid email. they keep telling me to wait. it's a simple process of returning my money to my wallet

The've stolen $2000 over me. No support , just "The invoice was archived and unresolved payments absorbed." as the result. Thanks. Don't trust them. Naturally thieves.
