Condo Control Central is best tool for any Property Managers and its team

CCC is the best software there is in the industry. it keeps improving with the demands of this ever changing industry. it has features for concierge, amenities, management among others. The announcement feature allows you to communicate with different groups of people, and it even allows you to schedule announcements.

This is my review of the Condo Control Central software I use as Chairman of Fire & Safety for FCC43 - Deerfield Condo
I have used this system for 3+ years. I have made suggestions which have been incorporated into the software. I am the Condo Fire & Safety officer and this system allows me to quickly account for people in a fire or evacuation emergency. Individual owners record their information such as vacations and absences from the building and the system will give me a report of those absent. We use headcount sheets at the exits and we an quickly acertain those we need to search for. Another report tells us and the fire dept. whic units need assistance to leave the building. I am very pleased with this system and have recommended it whenever I have had the opportunity.
