Everything is fine but at times I will be entering packages and it will just be sooooo slow which is a problem for me when I am trying to enter 70 packages as quickly as possible. Usually happens around noon to 2pm and again not always.

Beware!! Your personal information can be visible without logging into your portal via emails that are sent from condo control. Huge security concern.

Terrible app to set up. I have been trying for days to set up an account just to make a payment so far it has taken 3 people to set up the app and now the bank account verification takes 2 more days an I have to wait for the app to make 2 micro deposits into my account and enter those $0.xx amounts to verify. This is absurd,inconvenient and makes this service less than worth while when its just being used to pricess a payment. Complete waste of time. Im sure we will get some blah blah blah excuse of this is for security reasons blah blah bs bs. Beyond frustrating just to set up an account to use once a month. Then they want to charge me $40.00 fee for a credit card payment and a $2.00 for a check processing for a service that is already being paid for. Not woth the time and effort stay away.
