The team at Concord are fast, thorough, and work with your situation. I’ve found them fair and completely honest. An easy and effective way to handle the timing issues that can arise in the occasional hiccup of a delayed closing. Easily accessible and responsive. Do business with complete confidence!

This company is more reasonably priced than the other popular company. Very quick- same day wire is very typical. My go-to company when I need the advance. Thank You

I am a full time realtor and have always used Concord Advance. They are highly professional, and extremely proficient team. Documents are sent on a timely manner and funds in my account asap with no hesitation. My kudos to Jake and his team. I will always use Concord Advance for my needs.

As a broker-owner, I’ve now had two separate experiences where I was approved for an advance on a property, only to be told after the fact that it was actually for a different deal. Both times, the title companies involved were in conflict, creating confusion and delays. In the end, I paid for an advance I didn’t even get to use—for less than five days—twice. This company lacks transparency and coordination. I wish I could leave a better review, but both experiences were a waste of money and time.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. To keep our pricing the lowest in the industry for broker-owners, we’ve designed our process to avoid hidden fees or restrictive terms that many other advance companies impose—and most won’t work with broker-owners at all. We make every effort to explain our process clearly in both our agreement and application, and we always take feedback into consideration to further enhance our service. If you’d like to discuss your situation directly, our management team is available at 888-923-8262 Ext. 7.

Fast, easy, and convenient. Nothing is free obviously but their fee is fare for the service you’re receiving.
