DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. On March 20 I ordered some ball caps and never received them. They gave me 3 different tracking numbers, the first 2 showed no information and they finally sent me a USPS tracking number that said it was delivered but I did not receive the merchandise. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!

This company is a scam. They send you shipping info and polite auto-generated emails. They charge your credit card and send nothing.

Ordered a simple baseball cap more than 5 weeks ago. Got many shipping notices. It never arrived. Company sent tracking number, saying is was USPS, but my P.O. said it wasn't. They keep answering my emails, asking for patience. But nothing gets done. I'm out $21.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I wanted to show solidarity with Canada and order Canadian-made merchandise. I ordered two hats, a t shirt, a sweat shirt, and sneakers. The hats and tee shipped from Ireland, according to the tracking. The sweatshirt and sneakers weren’t in the package. I was provided tracking for the second package and surprise surprise, it shipped from China. it still took three weeks to get to me. With the exception of the ball caps, everything was junk. The shirts were made of a weird industrial polyester and the design that appeared to be embroidered were printed. The sneakers have no support and the design, including what appeared to be frayed seam edges are also printed. Total crap. Do not order from them. It’s a scam.

Absolute crap If Facebook doesn't know, it should know that this is a Chinese company falsely claiming to be Canadian. Bought a "sweater" that says Ebows up Took a month to arrive, fake tracking info sent every week or so to make it look like it originated in Germany. Lowest quality poly material, poor worksmanship and the W in Elbows up is an upside down M. Total scam. Beware

This company is totally deceptive. The day I clicked on their website it said it was 💯 Canadian and their merchandise was made in Canada. 🇨🇦 it wasn’t until after I ordered that I realized they are a Chinese company. The product I ordered was an Xl hoodie. It wouldn’t fit my 12 year old grandson. Let alone an adult. As well when I ordered they charged me In USD funds. Which why would I expect that when I assumed i was ordering from a Canadian site. I have tried and tried to talk to them about a refund but all they offered was a $7.00 usd. My CC was charged $60.10 Cnd I am so pissed at the fraud and they have no shame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE SURE OF YOUR PURCHASE. THEY HAVE NO REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT!😭🤬

False advertising and incorrect order management. I ordered a hat "made in Canada" that apparently shipped to the US via India. When the item arrived it was a shirt. Only solution offered was a $2 rebate.I don't trust them enough to share any financial info so I'm out my purchase money and have a new rag to use.

Being from the US, I was really excited to support my neighbors with their Elbows Up apparel! Should've known something was up when the tracking said that the packaging was coming out of Italy! Website claimed 100% Canadian made! Took almost a month to receive the package. Shirt was very strange fitting. Looking at the picture on the website, the shirt looked like a comfy cozy sweatshirt material. The shirt that I got is nowhere near or anything like that. It's made of more like a stiff Nilon. There's no give to it whatsoever. It's ill fitting. I could barely get my head into the opening and I've never been told. I have a big head. It's tight in all the wrong places. Very ill-fitting. I just made my second attempt to make a return and get my money reimbursed. They've only said that they have tracking that says the package was received by me stated that yes, indeed I did receive the package, but I want to return it for reimbursement because of the above reasons. The latest email states that they will reimburse me $2 of the $39.90 it cost me to buy the shirt. I will try to follow up with this soap opera. If it still needs to be said , Do Not buy from this company!!!
