Anil is a GO. Well versed and seasoned as a certified trainer. No regrets!
Anil was very professional and knowledgeable in Scrum. He was my instructor for my CSPO course. I took the class to brush up my Scrum knowledge and help share with the rest of my team at work. Anil promoted collaboration and interactivity with students. Due to the time restraints, we did not go too deep in each subject but that is understandable as these are fundamentals. The knowledge delivered would still need the student themselves to be active listeners and practice in order to retain the vast amount of information and experiences he shared. The concepts shared by Anil were on point and we even had a follow up session after the course to ask our instructor any questions. Anil was also very thoughtful to provide study and follow up learning materials to us after the class. Anil was very inclusive to give each student in the class an opportunity to speak up and ask questions without fear. I would recommend Anil as your instructor for CSPO or CSM. To get the full insights and training you may have to take the advanced courses and have some prior experience to get more out of your journey. Thank you Anil. The class was not the cheapest, but well worth every dollar. Well done and keep inspiring people to be Agile. Thank You Anil. I have no issues recommending Anil as your instructor for CSPO, go for it.
