Ενώ διαρκώς η εταιρεία κατασκοπεύει τους νέους εργαζόμενους η εταιρεία θεωρεί τους νεοφερμένους ως πιθανούς κατασκόπους. Έχουν αρκετή τρέλα, παράνοια! Δεν επιτρέπουν: 1. Καπελάκια (γιατί ?) 2. Μπουκάλια νερού από έξω και με μάρκες διαφορετικές από την δικιά τους (γιατί ?) 3. Κινητά τηλέφωνα ή φορτιστές κινητών 4. Να βλέπουν οι υπάλληλοι τα email τους, ή προσωπικές γραπτές επικοινωνίες 5. Τρόφιμα στην αίθουσα διδασκαλίας (ΟΚ) 6. Κουτάκια με αναψυκτικά στην αίθουσα διδασκαλίας (ΟΚ) 7. Ακουστικά (γιατί ?) 8. Μολύβια, στυλοί και χαρτιά (γιατί ?) Οι μισθοί είναι ήδη χαμηλοί και, για να γίνει η κατάσταση ακόμα χειρότερη, όταν πληρώνουν, κάνουν λάθη στις πληρωμές. Τα λάθη στους μισθούς συσσωρεύονται μήνα με τον μήνα, κανείς δεν αναλαμβάνει την ευθύνη και το Τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού λειτουργεί μέσα σε απόλυτη σιωπή. Επειδή ακριβώς πληρώνουν τον ελάχιστο μισθό θεωρούν αναλώσιμους τους νεοφερμένους υπάλληλους, ενώ η προσωπική ζωή των νεοφερμένων δεν έχει καμία αξία, καμία σημασία. Εάν τους πει κάποιος ότι έχει ήδη 4-5 ακίνητα σε 2 διαφορετικές χώρες, τότε αυτό δεν τους αρέσει καθόλου! Όσον αφορά τους υπεύθυνους ομάδων (TeamLeaders) και τους ομοίους τους... υπάρχει τεράστια διαφορά μεταξύ του να κατέχει κανείς διοικητική θέση και του να ξέρει πώς να ηγείται ανθρώπων. Αυτό που παρατήρησα είναι μια συλλογή ψευδο-ηγετών γεμάτων εγωισμό, ιδιοτροπίες, σαδισμό και αλαζονεία, αλλά χωρίς τις πιο βασικές δεξιότητες διοίκησης, επικοινωνίας ή σεβασμού προς τον άνθρωπο. Πολύς λόγος γίνεται για αξίες και επαγγελματισμό, αλλά στην πράξη η πραγματικότητα είναι η αναρχία, η ανικανότητα και η απόλυτη περιφρόνηση προς τους εργαζόμενους.

A Culture of Stress and Micromanagement The defining feature of working at Concentrix is the overwhelming, unrelenting stress. Employees are subjected to constant pressure to meet unrealistic performance metrics, and management uses threats and intimidation as tools to squeeze more productivity out of their workforce . It is a common experience for managers to push employees so hard that they are reduced to tears, threatening their jobs if they don't improve . The level of surveillance is also unsettling, with reports of employees being forced to keep their cameras on at all times, creating a "creepy" and anxiety-inducing atmosphere . The work itself is described as chaotic and demanding, with employees feeling like they are "thrown to the wolves" with no proper guidance . You are often on the phone for eight hours a day, getting yelled at and belittled by customers, and if you struggle with anxiety, it is a near-certainty you will not last . A Complete Failure of Management and HR The management at Concentrix is almost universally criticized for being disorganized, uncaring, and completely out of touch . When you ask a question, you can get different answers from different supervisors, leaving you confused and unsupported . They are known for constantly changing schedules and forcing employees onto projects they don't want to work on, with one reviewer noting they were switched between three different projects in four years . The Human Resources department provides no support when issues arise and is often described as a "total joke" . This lack of support is compounded by the fact that you can be terminated impersonally, sometimes even via email, highlighting how little they value their employees . Unfair Practices and Lack of Support Concentrix's bad methods extend beyond just management style. They are known for making promises they don't keep, a classic bait-and-switch tactic. For example, employees have been assured during interviews that they would not be fired for failing to make sales, only to be forced to pitch upgrades to every single customer once they are on the floor . The pay is generally low and not commensurate with the workload, and employees have reported waiting more than two months just to receive their final pay after leaving . Moreover, the company shows a shocking disregard for its employees' personal lives. Taking time off is notoriously difficult, and you will rarely get approved for time off, even for medical reasons . The training is often inadequate, focusing on company culture rather than the practical skills needed to do the job, leaving new hires unprepared and stressed . If you value your mental health, your dignity, and a healthy work-life balance, stay as far away from Concentrix as possible. It is a place where stress is the standard, management is an obstacle, and your well-being is the least of their concerns.

Top tip -if you are an employee and you feel like many reviews, unsupported or managed unfairly, DPO at Concentrix dot com, and ask for copied emails,teams messages and documents with your name on. This will show documents with your name on it, should any coworker including managers discuss you via teams, emails and documents. It’s a good practice to audit those who audit you, to see if they are doing their roles correct. It is your legal right under GDPR to see this and you never know what may surface that should never have been wrote. Managers and HR need to demonstrate good ethics and compliance with law and policies. Keep asking for copies of policies again to check the people managing are following the right procedure. If managers prevent information you should be entitled to, this raises a red flag and should be escalated. Good luck everyone with hr issues that were undeserved.

I had my family, my life and my house here so moving was no no I had no option other than to leave which resulted in so many health and mental health issues I was switched between 3 different projects and never given any recognition for my work or for accepting to change projects Also their slogan is THINK HUMAN Nothing they do is human

Remote work and getting to work in my native language were the only reasons I stayed as long as I did. The absolute worst management I have ever experienced in my career. Disorganized, uncaring, and completely out of touch. HR is a total joke. They offer zero support when actual issues arise. To make matters worse, almost every single month there was a "system error" on my payslip. Having to constantly fight and chase management just to get paid correctly for hours already worked is unacceptable, yet it happened repeatedly throughout my entire two-year tenure. Zero loyalty to employees. After dealing with all this for two years, the project was suddenly shut down and everyone was thrown out without a second thought. Advice to Management: Learn how to run basic payroll, train HR to actually support employees, and treat your staff like human beings rather than disposable numbers.
