I ordered from this company and sent them $107 through PayPal, but they required it to go as sending money to friend or family, not as a purchase. Despite several follow up emails and providing proof of sending the money, which they acknowledged receiving, I still have not received the product after almost 2 months and they have stopped responding to my emails. Go somewhere else if you want to get what you paid for.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Now Concentrex has stopped replaying to my e-mails. How long does it take to receive an order? A month? Do they have a warehouse in America to ship to those of us in the US? I paid them via PayPal already and I am aggravated at this point.
