It's a total scam I assumed once you took the online course which is common sense you get a gun license it was $150 when you can go to court house in Alabama and get one for $12 I tried getting a refund and was told $88 is none refundable because it was a online course they instead gave me a $100 gift card for food and in order to use that you still have to purchase food to use it

One star is being too kind This is a fraudulent company! I responded to their pop-up ad. When I came to my senses, I requested a complete refund. They refused. My credit card company assured me that the charges would be reversed.

This is a complete scam of a company. Firstly, they claim to be offering a class to obtain your CCW for your state, in reality all you get is a certificate which does nothing for you. It's basically a bloated safety course and you still need to do the separate course to actually obtain your permit. There is clear deception here to trick customers. What's worse is when you want a refund they refuse. You can find plenty of reviews on BBB and other places that speak to this and some no refund policy. There is no mention of a zero refund policy. There is nowhere that says no refunds or purchases are final, either in the checkout process or otherwise. The only thing mention is a 24 hr notice being needed and online classes. I signed up for an in person class two months from now so that's plenty of time. This is just shady and bad business practices. If you do a bit more digging you can see it shares similarities to s similar site USConceal, which also has a frontman with the last name Picou. Coincidence? Someone decided to write up a nice article on it on Second Amendment Foundation. Sounds like the exact same company. It's also worth noting that there are several main webpages for this site. They are all different layouts and formats but all are essentially the same page. Another tactic of bad business practice. Stay away from this company and stick to local businesses for your needs.

Took part of the questions for CCW and backed out prior top completing it yet was charged $128 regardless. FRAUD

I was charged 134 dollars to have a license sent no license was sent. I have spoken to them numerous times and emailed nobody is willing to assist Every opportunity I have to show the scam artist at every social media I will No remorse no help so be it game on
