-What made it great was that on my original inquiry online I was phoned personally almost immediately which in itself is not exactly the reason for most businesses do similar responses to customers. The call was aimed at mine understanding the seriousness of “my” situation and also so that I’d be aware that it may be irresponsible of me to let others in on it and cause an uneasy feeling at the end of their workday seeing that I was trusted as a fellow American! So I decided to go ahead and take that advice no matter whether I am fit for this type of self defense the experience should more or less provide a benevolent surrounding of common ground at least until we all go home.
