I purchased a family size bag of viola chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was freezer burned so I took photos and wrote them to tell them what happened and threw the product away. Two weeks later I received a coupon for $3 off and I told them the product was way more than $3 and their response was they offer coupons based on the situation. I let them know I will never buy another item from their company ever again. Awful customer service. I can’t even imagine any of their competitors not making it right with their customers. Sad to say the least.

I would give it no stars if possible! I purchased a frozen entree, specifically banquet country fried chicken meal. No in the past I'm talking many years ago I had something like a staple I think it was in my entree different type but this was like 10 years ago. Recently which was maybe a couple weeks ago I made the country Fried Chicken entree and as I'm eating it I cut the chicken and I'm eating and I go to take a piece of chicken with my fork and there's something like under the gravy. I take it out and it turns out to be a piece of wood. Wood coloring on one side and blue like paint on the other. I wrote to ConAgra about the banquet dinner. I also sent pictures. I get an email asking for my address and they were going to send me coupons. I'm thinking oh just wonderful plus they wanted me to send more pictures with either a quarter or a dime next to the item that I found, which I did, with a quarter. They sent me one you heard that right one coupon for banquet brown and serve sausage. $1 off. That's it that's all I got. I wrote back to them I said that was ridiculous at least send me coupons for free banquet dinners if you want me to try them again. Their response? We're sorry you weren't satisfied with our product, we send out coupons that have a monetary value off of an item of banquet. That was it. Seriously? Freaking ridiculous. Do not buy their products unless you like eating pieces of wood or staples in your food.

Whenever I purchase an old trusted brand and find less ingredients, compromised taste and different texture than I enjoyed in the past, I check to see if the brand changed hands. This has happened with Banquet, Birds Eye, Marie Callender, Snack Pac etc. That's when I found the connection to "once good food" becoming "terrible food" was the Conagra takeover. They have ruined the pot pie market and many other markets with what appears to be a Brand Milking ploy for quick profits. When profits diminish, they just write off their losses, sell out and move on to another brand exploitation. I have no respect for Corporations who overlook customer satisfaction for quick greedy profits. Greed is what's destroying our Country and Conagra is a huge part of that.

I recently bought a frozen Healthy Choice meal which wasn’t properly sealed. When I contacted them, I was told this was not safe to eat and to throw it away. Similarly, last year I’d bought a bag of plain frozen vegetables, but noticed the bag started to inflate and be puffy. They also told me that this was an indication it was not safe to eat and told me to throw it away. Both times they sent a measly coupon for half the cost of what I spent. Apparently Conagra does not care about quality or customer satisfaction, and is happy to just take people’s money even if their products are inedible and unsafe.

One humongous company with-at best-a blurry reputation when it comes to nutrition and healthful ingredients. Palm Oil-long a controvrsial food additive and Malodextrin-again with a red flag waving-should be avoided until more research is done on both. Conagra markets lots of stuff-from popcorn to sweet looking entrees. Caveat emptor,

This is the worst company doing business in America today. They sell foods like Orville Redenbacher popcorn. I contacted them with a complaint about a product, and they care nothing about customer service. They are run by greed, incompetence and lousy customer service. If this is how they treat customers just imagine the corners, they cut when making products. Now I understand why I ran into the issues with the product; they are motivated by greed and nothing towards making sure customers who purchase their lousy products are satisfied. I’ve never seen such a poor response from a company, especially a food company, it was an insult. I would avoid purchasing any of their products in the future because the corporate office won’t do a dam thing to assist people. It won’t matter if you report that one of their food products made you sick, or was spoiled, or wasn’t even close to being satisfactory as advertised. They simply do not care because the company is run by crooks with crooked practices!

Several old favorites of mine has been bouht out by this company. La Choy, Birds Eye, Healthy Choice, Marie Callender's, Slim Jim, Reddi-wip, Duncan Hines, and Banquet, etc. In their effort to save money, they started using inferior ngredients, which has reduced these old favorites of mine into becoming grossly inedible, "bland," "horrible," and "disgusting," I found plastic mixed in with some of their food products I bought,

yes they have runny pot pies with little veggies in them quite often, but the worst part was that my home warranty wouldn't cover it blowing up in my microwave. it wasn't normal wear and tear. conagra has poor qc. Sometimes the tin foil type carton catches on fire. I am not the only one. conagra had some older lady say unless i showed them the burnt carton, they would not help with the microwave they wanted the serial number bs
