This is the worst bank if you want to be sitting around waiting for your money for weeks upon weeks I'm currently lost my job because they won't release funds to me I can't eat and my lights at home are off unable to pay bills because they won't release my money to me and every time I call I told that I have to wait 6 days which there aren't even 6 days in a week the business week so that's 2 weeks I have to wait these people sit and try to blame the bank who issued the check but it's really just them taking their good sweet time taking your money and making investments within the 6 days I don't recommend this app or bank financial institution to anyone not to mention I'm currently being evicted from my home over this situation

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They collect your data and refuse to close your account. I opened an account in this app and, in less than 10 minutes, I already wanted to cancel it. Balance: 0. No money deposited, no pending transactions. Even so, it has been more than 1 week and they simply will not close my account. I did everything they asked: I completed facial recognition, sent emails to support, and spoke in the chat several times. I fulfilled all the requirements they demanded, and still nothing. The answer I keep receiving is always the same: “it is the process we follow.” This is an abusive and dishonest practice. A company that collects your documents, your biometric data, and then refuses to let you leave is a company that wants to retain your personal data at any cost. I will file complaints with the CFPB, the BBB, and every appropriate authority. This company has a lot to answer for. Do not open an account here. You will regret it.

Cuando tienes suficiente dinero en la cuenta la empiezan a conjelar y te roban el dinero y no las descongelan . dia de hoy todavia sigo sin poder usar mi dinero y dicen que estan trabajando en ello

Pésimo servicio no lo recomiendo…Llevo casi dos semanas sin acceso a mi dinero. Cumplí con todos los requerimientos (incluyendo una declaración jurada que me enviaron) y aún así no obtengo una respuesta concreta ni una fecha estimada. Entiendo los procesos de seguridad, pero no permitir el acceso total ni parcial a los fondos del usuario es inaceptable. Estoy perdiendo tiempo y recursos por culpa de esta situación. Espero una solución inmediata para obtener mi dinero ya que no quiero continuar con la cuenta.
