I completed the training but I did not receive my certificate. I paid $1, received a link to confirm my email address but nothing came through.

Hello Ezra, thank you for your review - although we have no record of your completing and submitting the 5 quizzes at the end of each of the training videos. As our site clearly states including our FAQ - https://computersecurity.us/faq, donating outside of the training portal does not mean you will receive your certificate. You have to earn your certificate by successfully completing all 5 quizzes. You did not do this important step which is why you did not receive a certificate. Additionally you did reach out to support for assistance in which we normally respond within an hour. Your review is not accurate as you never completed the 5 quizzes to earn your certificate.
