COMPUTER MEMORY SOLUTIONSReviews of computermemorysolutions.com

I used the site to find memory for an old HP computer. The memory I was sold does not work with this computer.

Ease of finding compatible equipment and ease of ordering.

I recieved the wrong form factor ram, I sent an email to your support, it's been 3 days and no reply.

Orded a memory upgrade. Received it in a timely manner. Successfully installed memory. My 10 year old Lenovo laptop works faster and performs better.

Everything was good except for slow delivery in Canada. I do recommend them.

Memory arrived promptly and installation was a breeze. Computer booted up without issue and has worked perfectly ever since.

Ordered 16Gb memory for my HP Pavilion 690-0073W which was suppose to be compatible according to their website. Received it ok but when I tried to install received beep codes. Tried calling customer service and left message on 9/21. After not getting a call back sent email on 9/23 asking for an RMA and the only email I received was this survey. Tried calling back to leave another message and mail box is full.

Fast service and got the right parts
